There are something like this many kids in our house this weekend...
Okay, maybe a few less than that. We have 8 children in the house - ages 14, 12, 9, 6, 6, 4, 2, and 7 months. And 4 of us adults, too. It has been a passel of fun for the past couple of days, with that much more fun to go through Labor Day.

Yes, they are pelicans. I think we do tend to take them for granted down
here (FloraBama Gulf Coast), but learned they were endangered only a couple
decades ago. I'm glad they are doing so well now.
(Oh, and yes, I took the photo. All of the photos on Just Pure Lovely are
mine. It's sort of a hobby. Well, more than sort of.)

I LOVE the picture and the note....I know you are loving having all of the little kids around. Fun. Have a GREAT Labor day. We are going to the pool and then having a weiner roast....come on over!!
